Following the implementation of the national lockdown on the 4th January 2021 across England we can confirm that our offices remain open for business. Guidelines state that appropriate reasons for leaving home during lockdown include fulfilment of legal obligations, such as attending Court as a solicitor, dealing with the execution of Wills, or to carry out activities relating to buying, selling or letting a home. The Court Service have confirmed that Courts will remain open during the new lockdown, although the majority of Court hearings continue to operate remotely by way of telephone conference
The safety of our staff and clients remains of paramount importance. Our offices have been adapted to ensure all social distancing measures are in place. Appointments in the office can take place if necessary. We can offer advice and assistance by telephone or video conferencing. Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm to answer your queries on existing matters or new enquiries.
