The Solan Connor Fawcett Family Cancer Trust knows how a cancer diagnosis can change everything.
Team Solan was established in 2015 to help improve the quality of life of children and adults who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis or bereavement. We are based in County Durham and provide bespoke help and support for those whose lives have been turned upside down by a cancer diagnosis.
Hewitts ethos is ‘Stronger Together’ and the Solan Connor Fawcett Trust embodies that ethos in everything they do in the support they provide in our local community.
Hewitts are looking forward to the fundraising year ahead and the fun activities we have planned to raise vital funds for this fantastic local charity.
